In a nutshell, after the cards are handed out… 
1) The employee scratches silver boxes on top of gamecard to reveal award points. The points, (25, 50, 75 or 100), are later redeemed for brand name merchandise. 2) The bottom half of the gamecard reveals
one of the seven letters– J-A-C-K-P-O-T. Employees trade
cards amongst themselves to spell JACKPOT. When spelled, they will
receive 1,000 bonus points toward merchandise, plus their name
is entered into the following drawings: a quarterly chance to win
$10,000, an annual chance to win a Las Vegas Experience, and a progressive “Power-Bag”
jackpot chance to win up to $1 Million. Everyone safe is a winner of a prize. This is paramount to the success of any incentive program. It is important to note that this program actually “gains excitement with time” versus the old incentive programs that lose their punch after a few months.
